Vicinto sends text messages to the phone number you give us. This page explains exactly what we send, how you agree to receive it, and how to stop. Vicinto is operated by Vicinto (Las Vegas, Nevada).
Two kinds of message, both tied to something you did in the app:
We do not send marketing, promotional or advertising texts, and we never sell or share your number with anyone for their own marketing.
There are three places you can agree to receive texts from us:
The wording shown at each of those points is: “By tapping ‘Text me a code’ you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text from Vicinto at the number you entered. You may also get texts about tickets you buy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity: one message each time you request a sign-in code, and one message per ticket or pass you get. If you never sign in by phone and never buy a ticket, you never get a text.
Vicinto does not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one final confirmation and we will not text that number again. You can opt back in at any time by replying START, or by requesting a new sign-in code in the app. Note that if you opt out you can no longer sign in by phone or get passes by text; use email instead.
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@vicinto.com. Carrier support is not available for message content; contact us directly.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Your number is used to sign you in and to deliver passes you asked for. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, and consent to receive texts from Vicinto is never shared or sold. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
